When will I get my log in?

You should receive your login credentials and a welcome email within 3 business days. If you do not receive your login information within this time frame, first check your email (check your spam folder also) and texts from us for your login. If you still do not see it please reach out to us via our chat, email, or phone number on the contact us page.

Forgot password

If you forgot your password for the DASH website and/or OnCourse, both sites have a forgot password button on the login page that will email you a link to reset your password. Please allow up to thirty minutes to get the email (and make sure to check your spam folder).

Locked out of OnCourse

If you have locked yourself out of OnCourse you can reach out to us by calling 833-TAG-DASH ext 2 and speak with technical support to unlock your account.

We are working everyday to make our website work great and easy to use for everyone and we do appreciate any suggestions on how to make it better. If you are struggling with using our website, make sure you have read the information on the student resource page to understand how to log in and navigate the website. Looking for the exam preps?

To access the exam preps, looks for the Exam Preps tab on the top of the website and then your specific state tab. These tabs can be used to access extra exam preps and other study resources provided to you for free as part of joining dash. Once you select the exam preps you wish to enroll in, add it to your cart and then checkout. These preps are available by going to your account dashboard and then go to memberships.
